I am Neda Aramipour, a postdoctoral researcher in the SCOOP program at the University of Groningen, specializing in social innovation, vicious cycles, and network governance. My work focuses on addressing complex societal challenges using interdisciplinary approaches, including Action Research and System Dynamics Thinking. I not only diagnose the underlying dynamics of societal issues but also design targeted interventions to break negative cycles. This collaborative methodology actively involves stakeholders in problem-solving, ensuring that interventions are contextually relevant and sustainable in the long run. Driven by a commitment to tackling wicked problems, particularly in the context of Iran, I examine how vicious cycles perpetuate persistent social issues and explore systemic interventions that can disrupt these patterns. I integrate theoretical insights with real-world applications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop strategic pathways for sustainable cooperation and meaningful social transformation.
