I am an assistant professor in the Department of Organization Studies at Tilburg University. I completed my PhD in Sociology at Stockholm University and was a visiting PhD student at Duke University and Utrecht University. In my PhD project, I researched how collective intentionality shapes cooperation and collaboration on different levels of analysis. In another line of research, I study gender norm changes over time, across different social spheres (e.g. organizations, families, networks) and across multiple teams.
